Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science/Rural Development/any related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience in Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and Disability Rehabilitation work or in Inclusive Development work with related trainings
  • Diploma in Community Health and Development. Minimum 5 years’ of work experience in rural development work or 2 years’ work experience in CBR program
  • Ability to understand the situation of People with Disabilities (PWD) and their families and have empathy towards PWDs
  • Willingness and ability to work remote areas and challenging environment
  • Good coaching, mentoring, capacity building, training and facilitation skills
  • Good computer skills and communication skills in Nepali and English language, both in written and verbal

Job Opportunity for Public Health, Pharmacy, HA, CMA, ANM



Nepal CRS Company (Nepal CRS) is a not-for-profit company engaged in social marketing of family planning, maternal child health and other health products in Nepal to improve the national health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services. Position: District Project Coordinator (DPC)

Roles and Responsibilities: Take lead in implementation of Public Private Mix (PPM)interventions in the respective district in close coordination with key national, provincial and district level partners from government, private sector and CSOs. Provide technical support for timely preparation and delivery of routine progress reports.

Minimum Qualification/Experience: MBBS or Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from recognized university with two years of experience in clinical practice or public health related program management.

Position: M and E Officer

Roles and Responsibilities: M and E Officer substantially contribute to the project through operationalizing the monitoring and evaluation plan and related systems and will provide technical assistance to project staff in improving the quality of results, tracking and reporting of the routine data, data verification and audit.

Minimum Qualification/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health/Statistics/Social Science from recognized university with two years of experience in relevant area of public health program/projects

Preferred/Additional Qualification: Master’s degree in relevant field and experience in Monitoring Evaluation and research in health program/projects.

Position: PPM Mobilizer

Number of Vacancies: 28

Roles and Responsibilities: Implementation of Public Private Mix (PPM) interventions in the respective district. Coordinate and maintain key programme partnerships with pharmacies, doctors and other partners. Timely implement and monitor PPM activities at local level and produce routine progress report.

Minimum Qualification/Experience: Intermediate in pharmacy/general medicine/management/social science with 3 years of experience working as a Medical Representatives for reputed pharmaceutical company’s or in similar field.

Preferred/Additional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and experience working with medical doctors and chemist. Computer skills, Communication and facilitation

Position: Outreach Worker

Number of Vacancies: 50

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible to conduct daily cough surveillance at selected entrance, registration and services areas of the healthcare facility the process for patient. Collect, produce and submit of presumptive patient according the TB Worker’s manual at gene x-pert/lab or lab investigations. Educate the patient or respiratory hygiene, chest x-ray, early diagnosis and treatment. Responsible to recording and reporting in regular basis and submit to supervisor. Coordinate with Hospital team to share the report and suggest for further improvement.

Minimum Qualification/Experience: CMA/ANM/ or other health related field with minimum 3 years of experience in health program at hospital or community outreach.

Preferred/Additional Qualification: Should have respective counsel’s registration (renewed). Local resident and wiling to work being stationed at selected hospital. Computer skills, Communication and facilitation skills will be an asset.
